I have used my fairycut many many times so yes it is purchased and registered and I just cut several designs at the same time and everyone has cuts through them! What is going on??????

Hello, did Fairy Cut ask you to register your software every times you open it?

This problem only happen when the software is not registered properly.

I may be because you have purchased Fairy Cut version 1.x and you have downloaded ans install Fairy Cut version 2.0.
In this case you won;t be able to register the software.

I will be please to assist you with this issue if you send me an email to support@fairycut.com.
To have a faster response please tell me what is your operating system, your scrapbooking cutter and
your Fairy Cut activation number.
