Where is everybody? I saw that on March 15 loads of people were here~
Anyhow, I'm from CA, have a terrier dog named Suzy, have been using a Cricut for about 1 1/2 years now with MTC, but it will no longer work with the Cricut, and I like what I see with Fairy Cuts, so have downloaded the trial. I love to make print and cuts (I also have a Silhouette so would love to do this on a cricut that will give me a 12 inch wide card), I love to make greeting cards and all kinds of crafty boxes, gifts, little lanterns for tealights, gift tags, etc.
I have made nothing with Fairy Cuts, yet, but here are two cards I made with my Cricut a while ago... Please see below, the cat card is first, the geisha one second...The cat cards are a bit simplistic, a first try for my grandsons, I made the shapes myself... the Geisha card is a spinner card.. where you cut a slot and with pennies make a shape that 'rolls in the slot' and spins as it goes back and forth...I made the slot myself, and added the flower with a little spongy round shape on a penny that rolls in the slot and is bigger than the 'channel'. The striped paper has a green stripe the same color as the green cardstock (wish I could find more of that carstock, it was Walmart and they have no more, I love the color!) I printed out the striped paper, not bought it, and made all the elements to go with the card. It was a best effort of all the cards I've ever made...! For some reason I just love Asian stuff

File comment: This is the Kitty card... as I said, not a best effort, I didn't know how to do chalking and stuff then, I'm working on that.
